How can I purchase or change a subscription?

With a registration on MyRoute-app a part of the functionalities of MyRoute-app is already free to use. In addition MyRoute-app has various products that can be subscribed to. It is important to keep in mind that MyRoute-app offers an online route planner on the one hand and has developed its own navigation app on the other hand. These two functionalities work well together but are two different products. For more information about our subscriptions see Products of MyRoute-app or the FAQ page Which subscriptions does MyRoute-app have?
1. First of all, make sure you are logged in with your MyRoute app account (also see How do I log in?).
2. Then click on the "Shop" button in the top menu bar.
3. The screen below will then open where you can choose or change your subscription.
If you do not have any subscriptions yet, you will see the following screen
If you already have one or more subscriptions, you will see this information on the screen.
- It is possible to stop a subscription. You will then keep access to the functionalities until the end date you paid for them, but there will be no new automatic renewal.
- You can turn a monthly subscription into an annual subscription by changing the billing period.
4. Your choices are shown
Your choices and the corresponding prices will then be displayed.
- For annual subscriptions, it is possible to enter a discount code if you have one.
- In the order overview you will see how much you will pay per month and/or per year.
- At the bottom of the page you can read more information about the authorisation you are about to give and what to do if you encounter problems.
If you are satisfied with your choice, click 'checkout now'!
You will again see a summary of which subscriptions you will be purchasing. Below that you fill in your payment details.
You will be redirected to a payment page and your purchase will be complete.
