As a 'Tyre to Travel' user for many years I was very interested to try the new 'MyRoute' app. During the trial I followed the links to buy the product and was given a redeem code. Unfortunately the redeem code did not work (message: "Unfortunately, the coupon code is invalid.").
I reported this on a ticket which was updated to say that the code problem would be fixed. My trial was renewed on the promise that the code problem would be fixed by the end of the second trial period and I could buy MyRoute-app. The second trial period has expired and the code problem is not fixed so I cannot buy. As the trial has run out my ticket has been removed and I can not create another.
Is anyone looking into this still?
Support here seems to be poor considering I am trying to buy the product.
